Le Novotel Paris La Défense Esplanade est un hôtel de 280 Chambres, avec un restaurant et un bar qui n’attendent que vous ! Nous rejoindre c’est vous permettre d’évoluer dans un établissement à fort potentiel avec d’important flux de clients à chouchouter au quotidien.

Description du poste

Le Novotel Paris La Défense Esplanade recherche un/une réceptionniste de nuit h/f - 39h/semaine en CDI.

En tant que Réceptionniste de nuit H/F, vous serez en charge :

- D'accueillir les clients, faciliter leur séjour avant, pendant et après leur venue.

- Assurer la facturation des clients.

- Véhiculer une bonne image de marque de l’établissement et de la marque Novotel Suites.

- Assurer le suivi et la remise de la caisse journalière.

- Fidéliser la clientèle avec le programme ALL.

- Veiller à la sécurité des clients et de l’établissement.

Qualités requises : accueil chaleureux, rigueur, dynamisme, hygiène, sens du partage, écoute, maîtrise de soi, discrétion, ponctualité
