L'Hôtel Mercure Futuroscope est un établissement 4 étoiles idéalement situé à proximité du Parc du Futuroscope, offrant à ses clients un cadre moderne et chaleureux. Nous proposons un service haut de gamme et une expérience client unique, tout en privilégiant une ambiance conviviale et professionnelle.
Description du poste :Nous recherchons un(e) réceptionniste / commercial(e) dynamique, souriant(e) et organisé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe à l'Hôtel Mercure Futuroscope. En tant que réceptionniste & commercial(e), vous serez l’ambassadeur(rice) de l’hôtel et garant(e) de l’accueil et du confort de nos clients sur un double poste.
Vos missions principales seront :
RECEPTION
- Accueillir les clients avec professionnalisme, courtoisie et sourire
- Gérer les réservations et les demandes des clients à l’arrivée, durant leur séjour et au départ
- Effectuer l'enregistrement des clients (check-in) et leur départ (check-out)
- Assurer la gestion des appels téléphoniques et répondre aux demandes par email
- Fournir des informations sur l’hôtel, les services et les attractions locales
- Gérer la caisse et les paiements en toute sécurité
- Assurer une communication fluide avec les autres services de l'hôtel pour garantir la satisfaction des clients
- Répondre aux demandes de séminaires, groupes ...
- Suivre les devis, facturations et encaissements des sociétés accueillies
- Etablir les fiches de fonctions pour les différents services de l'hôtel concernant par les évènements
- Accueillir les clients le jour J et accompagner les équipes dans la bonne organisation et prestation dont vous avez le dossier
- Aider les équipes dans la mise en place des salles de séminaires si nécessaires

Profile:
- Vous avez une expérience préalable dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans l'hôtellerie
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques et la gestion des logiciels de réservation
- Vous avez une excellente présentation et un sens du service client irréprochable
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et avez des connaissances en anglais (la connaissance d’autres langues est un plus)
- Vous êtes autonome, réactif(ve) et avez une bonne gestion du stress
- Une première expérience avec le logiciel FOLS et/ou OPERA est un atout
