• Manage and carry out reception processes, responding to guests' requests and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Graduated from Vocational School or University departments of Tourism and Hospitality,
• Experienced in Front Office,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,
• Proficient in MS Office programs and Opera system,
• Aiming to continuously improve service quality,
• Successful in administrative coordination,
• Enjoys analysis,
• Result-oriented and proactive,
