Tamayyaz is seeking a professional and customer-focused Reception Supervisor to join our team in the historic city of AlUla, Saudi Arabia. As the Reception Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences while leading and motivating our front desk team.
- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Lead, train, and mentor reception staff to maintain high standards of customer service
- Manage staff schedules, assignments, and performance evaluations
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain accurate guest records and manage reservations using hotel management software
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze front desk performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
- 3-5 years of experience in hotel reception or front desk operations
- Proven supervisory experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- First Aid certification (preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian hospitality standards and cultural norms
- Familiarity with AlUla's tourist attractions and local information
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
