Siamo alla ricerca di un Front Office Agent Turnante che sia il primo punto di contatto dei nostri ospiti e gestisca tutti gli aspetti del loro soggiorno.
Le responsabilità del Front Office Agent includono la registrazione degli ospiti, la gestione delle prenotazioni e la fornitura di informazioni su camere, tariffe e servizi. I tuoi compiti principali saranno:
- Eseguire tutte le attività di check-in e check-out
- Gestire le prenotazioni online e telefoniche
- Informare i clienti sui metodi di pagamento e verificare i dati della loro carta di credito
- Registrare gli ospiti raccogliendo le informazioni necessarie (come i dettagli di contatto e le date esatte del loro soggiorno)
- Accogliere gli ospiti al loro arrivo e assegnare le camere
- Fornire informazioni sul nostro hotel, camere disponibili, tariffe e servizi
- Rispondere ai reclami dei clienti in modo tempestivo e professionale
- Collaborare con il nostro personale addetto alle pulizie per garantire che tutte le camere siano pulite, ordinate e completamente arredate per soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti
- Upselling di strutture e servizi aggiuntivi, quando appropriato
- Mantenere registrazioni di prenotazioni e pagamenti aggiornate
Esperienza lavorativa come addetto al front desk di hotel, receptionist o ruolo simile L'esperienza con il software di prenotazione alberghiera, come Opera è un plus Attitudine al servizio clienti Ottime capacità comunicative e organizzative Capacità organizzative Problem solving Tensione al risultato Teamwork
La conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata è un requisito fondamentale per questa posizione.
Altre lingue saranno valutate come un plus.
Disponibilità a lavorare su turni (anche notturni).
