Mik lesznek a feladataid?
- Munkáddal biztosítod a vendégek zavartalan és színvonalas kiszolgálását, aktívan hozzájárulsz a tökéletes vendégélményhez
- Professzionális szinten látod el a szállodai recepciós feladatokat, három műszakos munkarendben (délelőttös, délutános és esetenként éjszakai műszakban is), beosztás szerint hétvégi munkavégzéssel
- Ellátod a check-in, check-out feladatokat
- Szakszerűen kezeled a foglalásokat
- Részt veszel a számlázás, kasszakezelés és a hozzá tartozó adminisztrációs folyamatokban
- Legalább középfokú végzettség (érettségi)
- Magabiztos angol nyelvtudás
- Felhasználó szintű számítógépes ismeret
