Ibis budget Logroño Centro es un hotel de 109 habitaciones situado en pleno corazón de la ciudad de Logroño.

Tendrás oportunidad de experimentar la apertura de este establecimiento y vivir su evolución.

Descripción del empleo

Cómo será tu día:

Realizarás el check in/check out de los clientes, gestionarás las reservas, ofrecerás atención al cliente. Los imprescindibles de cualquier recepción!

Realizarás la auditoría nocturna y el control de la facturación diaria, por lo que debes ser organizado y responsable.

Ofrecerás un servicio excepcional en cada encuentro con el cliente y afrontarás las situaciones relativas al trato con este, ofreciéndole soluciones que satisfagan sus necesidades.

Comunicarás el storytelling del hotel con orgullo, buscando oportunidades de venta y ofreciendo una experiencia personalizada al cliente.

Tendrás turnos rotativos de lunes a domingo con descanso de 2 días semanales.

Entre los turnos distinguimos: Mañana, Desayuno, Tarde y Noche. Siempre serán las 8 horas consecutivas.

Requisitos

Cómo nos gustaría que fueras:

Una personalidad enfocada en el servicio al cliente es esencial y tener experiencia previa en recepción de hoteles sería estupendo

Dotes comunicativas. Se valorarán otros idiomas.

Necesitamos que seas responsable, capaz de resolver problemas, educado y con buenas dotes de comunicación.

Autónom@ pero capaz de trabajar en equipo.

Tolerante, resistente al estrés.
