Como Rececionista, vais cuidar dos hóspedes desde a chegada até a saída, garantindo que tenham uma experiência memorável conosco.
O que vais fazer:
Acolhimento, fazer check-ins e check-outs, responder a solicitações enquanto forneces um serviço excepcional.
Ter a iniciativa de adicionar uma experiência personalizada.
Promover com orgulho as instalações do hotel, procurando oportunidades para melhorar a estadia do hóspede através de vendas adicionais.
A experiência é um trunfo, mas nem sempre o fator da eliminação.
Fluente em Inglês e Português, idiomas adicionais são uma vantagem.
Uma personalidade focada no atendimento ao cliente é essencial e ter experiência anterior na área seria ótimo.
