Responsável pelo acolhimento e atendimento dos hóspedes, assegurando um serviço cordial e eficiente. Efetua processos de check-in e check-out, gere reservas, presta informações sobre o hotel e serviços disponíveis, atende chamadas telefónicas, responde a pedidos dos clientes, trata pagamentos e colabora com os restantes departamentos para garantir uma experiência de excelência aos hóspedes.
