Job Description

🎯 The Mama Stock Guru: Manage purchasing for all departments: food, beverages, supplies, and more, making sure nothing runs low and everything is just right. 🍽️🛒💡

🎯 Vendor Whisperer: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate deals, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. 🤝📦✨

🎯 Budget Boss: Monitor spend, track expenses, and keep purchases aligned with the hotel’s budget without compromising on quality. 💰📊

🎯 Quality Champion: Inspect deliveries, check product standards, and make sure everything meets Mama’s expectations. 🧴✅🌟

🎯 Forecasting Extraordinaire: Anticipate hotel needs, seasonal trends, and events to prevent shortages before they happen. 🔮🗓️
