The Script

Our dynamic housekeeping team is growing, and we’re in search of a Public Area Attendant who is eager to deliver truly INKredible service. Reporting to our Housekeeping Manager, you’ll be responsible for keeping all of our hotel’s public spaces spotless and welcoming. Do you have a sharp eye for detail that sets you apart? Does perfect symmetry give you a thrill? Are you only content when every surface shines, every bed is crisp, and each mirror sparkles? If so, you might be the perfect fit to uphold our high cleanliness standards.

Beyond general cleaning duties, your creative flair will shine as you seek out personalized service opportunities for our guests. For instance, if you discover a guest is visiting a specific museum the next day, you’ll have the booking details ready in a flash! You’ll help create unforgettable moments for our guests every day.

Our public area attendants operate 24/7, so flexibility is essential. You will regularly work a variety of shifts, including at least two night shifts per week, ensuring all public areas remain spotless around the clock.

Does your story align with our vision? For the Public Area Attendant position, we’re looking for someone who:

• Works independently, possesses a keen eye for detail, and excels at multitasking.

• Has at least 1 year of experience in a midscale or luxury hotel.

• Can communicate effectively in English and/or Dutch; additional languages are a plus.

• Has a proactive, hands-on attitude.

• Is available to work both weekdays and weekends.

• Is willing to work at least two night shifts per week.
