Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of company property and conduct regular inventory checks
  • Manage acquisition, distribution, and disposal of company assets
  • Implement and maintain an efficient asset tracking system
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure proper use and maintenance of assets
  • Prepare periodic reports on property status, utilization, and depreciation
  • Assist in budget preparation for property acquisition and maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with local property laws and regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field
  • A years of experience in property management or related field
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong record-keeping, asset tracking, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Understanding of property laws and regulations in the Philippines
  • Familiarity with local property management practices in Lapu-Lapu City
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to asset management
