Le Mercure Paris Vaugirard Porte de Versailles est un hôtel 4 étoiles idéalement situé dans le 15e arrondissement de Paris, face à l’entrée principale du Parc des Expositions Porte de Versailles. L’établissement offre une décoration typiquement parisienne, avec une vue imprenable sur le Parc des Expositions. Il dispose de 91 chambres spacieuses et climatisées, dont 7 suites, ainsi que de 9 salles de réunion modulables totalisant 420 m², pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 220 personnes.
En tant que leader, vous serez en charge de :
- Intégrer, former, encadrer ses équipes et les accompagne dans leur évolution professionnelle
- Communique efficacement avec les membres de l’équipe
- Est une source d’inspiration pour l’ensemble des équipes de l’hôtel en termes d’accueil et de satisfaction client
- Interagit de manière positive avec les autres services afin de garantir aux clients un accueil et un séjour de qualité
- Montre l’exemple en respectant les codes de la marque, les consignes concernant la tenue, la présentation et se porte garant de l’image de ses collaborateurs en lien avec les codes de la marque
- Assure à la clientèle un accueil chaleureux, efficace et conforme aux standards de qualité de l’établissement
- Superviser les activités opérationnelles du service
- Assurer le respect des directives de son Manager et de la direction ainsi que les politiques et les procédures au sein de son service
- Anticipe et règle les problèmes avec les clients
- Réalise les différents projets confiés par sa hiérarchie
- Incarne l’esprit Heartist dans ses interactions avec les clients
Gestion :
- S’assure de la conformité des facturations et encaissements
- Veille à la transmission des informations
- Maîtrise de l’anglais et d’une autre langue
- Sens du service et de l’accueil
- Passion pour le client et l’hospitalité
- Excellente compréhension des activités de contrôle opérationnel, de prévision et de planification
- Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
- Très bon relationnel, excellente communication (interne et clientèle).
- Capacité à former les membres de l’équipe et à développer leurs compétences
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe en les fédérant et sens de l’initiative
- Connaissance du PMS Opéra, TARS
- Flexibilité et polyvalence
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles
