Praktikant (m/w/d) Küche oder Service
Unser Novotel München City ist eines der größten Häuser der Accor-Hotelgruppe in München und bietet 378 Zimmer & Suiten, unser Restaurant "The Flave" mit internationaler Küche, einen Meeting- & Eventbereich für Veranstaltungen bis 200 Personen sowie einen Wellnessbereich mit Pool, Sauna und Fitnessraum.
Das sind Deine Aufgaben:
Im Service:
- Unterstützung im Frühstück-, Mittags- und Abendservice
- Willkommenheißen und Platzieren unserer Gäste
- Eindecken und Abräumen von Tischen
- Servieren von Speisen und Getränken
- Vorbereitung des Mise-en-Place
In der Küche:
- Zuarbeit für das Küchenteam
- Vorbereiten des Mise-en-Place
- Unterstützung bei der Warenannahme und Lagerhaltung
- Unterstützung beim Produzieren und Anrichten von Speisen (Buffet und à la carte)
Das wünschen wir uns von Dir:
- Du bist Student / Schüler an einer Hotel- oder Tourismusfachschule, Wirtschaftsschule o.ä. und bist auf der Suchen nach einem Pflichtpraktikum oder freiwilligen Praktikum
- Du bringst Begeisterung und Leidenschaft für die Hotellerie / Gastronomie mit
- Du denkst und handelst selbständig und packst an, wo Unterstützung gebraucht wird
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team und bist kommunikativ
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse
