The Capitaland portfolio consists of multiple properties across 3 states. Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane, operating 2 brands – Pullman & Mercure.
This role is based in Brisbane, at the Pullman & Mercure Brisbane King George Square, where you will collaborate with the team onsite & work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing, while reporting directly to the Portfolio Marketing Manager.

Our Marketing team is responsible for providing exceptional support to each property ensuring that the execution of the key brand strategies exceeds expectations.
This role will provide valuable support to our teams & enable you to gain industry experience in fast paced market.
- Supportive administration & communication tasks such as emails, purchase orders & appointments
- Interpret brand standards for internal & external marketing
- Proactively co-ordinate the online presence of our hotels
- Distribution of materials
- Assist to create content for print, online & digital distribution
- Maintain image library
- Co-ordinate social media accounts for each property, including accommodation and F&B venues
- Track & organise campaigns across social media channels
- Attend events & produce live social media content
- Keep up to date with new initiatives
We're looking for someone to bring their personality, passion and energy to our hotel. The ideal candidate will also possess the following:
- Impeccable & professional writing capabilities
- Logical thinker
- Attention to detail
- An in-depth and current knowledge social media platforms
- Experience with SEO, SEM, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Analytics & Meta Ads
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- High standard of personal presentation
- Experience in a similar position, will be well regarded
- The flexibility to work various shifts / hours
