仕事概要:
レベニューマネジメントのポートフォリオ ディレクターとして、16 軒のホテルのレベニューパフォーマンスを監督するとともに、5 人のプロフェッショナルからなる優秀なチームを率いて指導します。ポートフォリオ全体のレベニューを最適化し、会社の目標との整合性を確保し、収益性を最大化する戦略を推進することに重点を置きます。社内チームと主要な関係者の両方と緊密に連携しながら、アコーのコーポレートレベルでの成功を達成するためのレベニューマネジメント戦略を策定し実行する上で重要な役割を果たします。
Role overview:
As the Portfolio Director of Revenue Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the revenue performance of 16 hotels, while leading and mentoring a talented team of five professionals. Your role will focus on driving strategies that optimize revenue across the portfolio, ensuring alignment with our corporate goals, and maximizing profitability. Working closely with both internal teams and key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing revenue management strategies to achieve success at the Accor corporate level.

- 定期的なパフォーマンスレビューを実施し、価格と在庫を最適化します。
- ポートフォリオ全体のホテルにおけるレベニューマネジメントツールとシステムの実装と効果的な使用を監督します。
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the revenue management team and develop robust revenue strategies for multiple properties.
- Support the executive team on long-term business plans and manage the revenue management budget process.
- Guide revenue management strategies at the portfolio level, aligning them with regional objectives
- Drive and influence pricing strategies across hotels to optimize revenue generation and enhance market share, ensuring competitive positioning in the marketplace
- Develop topline revenue forecasts and actively seek opportunities to drive incremental profit across all revenue centers of the business.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and optimize pricing and inventory.
- Oversee the implementation and effective use of revenue management tools and systems in hotels across the portfolio
必要スキル:

- レベニューマネジメントを、主要な社内外の利害関係者とともに、尊敬され、評価される実践コミュニティとして高めることに情熱を持ち、協力的で前向きな考え方を持っていること。
- 好奇心旺盛でオープンマインドであること。
What you bring:
- 4+ years of experience in senior revenue management roles. Experience overseeing multiple properties is preferable.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of getting the best out of people and driving high-performance.
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to make strategic decisions that enhance revenue growth.
- Advanced knowledge of revenue management principles.
- IDeaS Revenue Management Platform experience highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of the distribution landscape, online travel agencies, and emerging market trends.
- A collaborative forward-thinking mindset with a passion for elevating revenue management as a respected and valued community of practice with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Being curious & open-minded.
