Role Overview: 

As a Pool & Beach Waiter/Waitress at Delano Dubai, you will embody our luxurious outdoor dining experience, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments for our guests. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will ensure that every guest feels special and well taken care of in our stunning pool and beach settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Provide a warm and welcoming experience by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages with care and attention.

• Menu Expertise: Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings, including daily specials, to provide insightful recommendations and answer guest inquiries.

• Area Management: Ensure efficient service in the pool and beach areas while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere, coordinating closely with the hostess and kitchen staff.

• Collaboration: Work seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams to deliver timely and accurate service, ensuring guest needs are met promptly.

• Ambiance Maintenance: Contribute to the elegant atmosphere by ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the pool and beach areas.

• Guest Engagement: Foster genuine connections with guests, anticipating their needs and addressing any special requests with professionalism and grace.

• Event Support: Assist in executing special events at the pool and beach, ensuring all details are managed with precision to create unforgettable experiences.

• Luxury Experience: You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment - luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, or exclusive beach club, showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Exceptional Skills: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary, allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
• Operational Knowledge: You’re proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software, with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.
• Educational Background: A relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, is preferred, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
