We are looking for a Plumber to join the pre-opening of SLS The Red Sea.

Ennismore, with its luxury brand SLS Hotels, is currently opening a magnificent project in the oasis that is The Red Sea. SLS The Red Sea is planned to open in 2025.

Job Overview:
As a Plumber at a hotel, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems to ensure the efficient operation of water supply and drainage systems. Your primary duties will include diagnosing and fixing plumbing issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and Maintenance: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and fittings for water supply, drainage, and heating systems.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, such as leaks, blockages, and malfunctions, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of plumbing systems and prevent potential issues.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies, providing immediate repairs to minimize disruption to hotel operations and guest services.
- Compliance: Ensure all plumbing work complies with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and hotel policies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all plumbing activities, including repairs, inspections, and maintenance tasks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to address plumbing needs and ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Customer Service: Interact courteously with guests and staff, addressing plumbing-related concerns and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program or trade school is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as a plumber, preferably in a hospitality or commercial setting.
- Skills:
  - Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems and equipment.
  - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  - Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  - Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment.

Preferred Skills:
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in plumbing, such as a journeyman or master plumber license.
- Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to plumbing work.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to address guest concerns and ensure a positive guest experience.
