Este puesto se reporta a: Gerente del departamento de Limpieza
Propsito General: Limpieza y preparacin de las habitaciones y reas pblicas, cumpliendo con un estndar de limpieza establecido para asegurar la satisfaccin de los huspedes y apariencia general del hotel.
Responsabilidades Especificas:
Limpia ventanas, puertas, paredes, armarios y accesorios en habitaciones, reas pblicas y pasillos, para mantener una instalacin limpia y presentable en todo momento.
Usar escaleras o taburetes ocasionalmente para limpiar reas difciles de alcanzar.
Lavar las paredes de la ducha y la baera, limpiar los inodoros y las paredes de los cubculos si corresponde, limpiar las tuberas expuestas, limpia los espejos, los lavabos y las paredes.
Reemplazar toallas, jabones y todas las comodidades de la habitacin. Reabastezca la literatura que el husped anterior haya quitado o ensuciado para garantizar los estndares del hotel para los huspedes que llegan.
Lavar todas las reas del piso duro (linleo, baldosas, etc.) a mano para eliminar la suciedad acumulada.
Quitar el polvo y pulir todos los muebles, accesorios y tapices de pared, incluido el uso de un plumero para llegar a las rejillas de ventilacin y las esquinas del techo.
Remover la cama de ropa sucia y volver a hacer la cama sabanas limpias. Revisar la limpieza de la colcha, las mantas y las almohadillas de la cama y reemplazar si estn sucias. Levantar los colchones para verificar si hay suciedad entre los colchones y debajo de la cama.
Verificar que el armario est limpio, limpiar la puerta del armario, la manija, los estantes superiores y reabastezca los suministros de la habitacin de invitados, como perchas, mantas adicionales y almohadas.
Aspirar las habitaciones, reas pblicas y pasillos, operar una aspiradora que pesa hasta 25 libras y levantar / mover muebles pesados para aspirar toda el rea de la alfombra, incluso debajo de los muebles y reas de difcil acceso.
Inspeccionar todas las cerraduras de puertas y ventanas para asegurarse de que funcionen y alertar a la gerencia sobre una posible situacin insegura para los huspedes y/o empleados.
Inspeccionar todo el equipo de la habitacin (TV, luces / lmparas, grifos, estaciones de conexin, para garantizar un funcionamiento adecuado e informar cualquier habitacin con deficiencias por escrito al Ama de llaves ejecutivo para una pronta reparacin / resolucin.
Asegurar y mantener la custodia de equipos, llaves y suministros en todo momento con el fin de proteger y preservar la propiedad del hotel.
Mantener un comportamiento amistoso, alegre y corts en todo momento.
Realizar otras tareas asignadas, solicitadas o consideradas necesarias por la gerencia.
Limpiar las reas del patio / balcn barriendo o limpiando el piso con una manguera y limpiando todos los muebles y accesorios, recogiendo basura y limpiando las puertas y ventanas del patio / balcn.
Brindar asistencia a otros empleados y departamentos para contribuir al mejor desempeo general del departamento y del hotel.
Requisitos necesarios:
Debe estar disponible para trabajar en horarios flexibles (noches, fines de semana y das festivos).
Deber ser responsable, confiable y puntual.
Deber presentar una apariencia limpia y profesional.
Deber pasar una verificacin de antecedentes penales.
Requisitos Fsicos:
Debe poder maniobrar el carro de limpieza completamente cargado, con un peso de hasta 50 libras, a travs de los pasillos, dentro y fuera de los armarios durante todo el da de trabajo.
Debe poder empujar, jalar(tirar), agacharse y arrodillarse constantemente durante todo el da.
Debe poder agacharse, subir y bajar del piso varias veces al da.
Estudios mnimos/Entrenamiento Formal
Bachillerato/secundaria
Experiencia:
Se prefiere experiencia previa pero no es requisito.
