Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you:

Within the "Software Factory" department, you will join the "Methods & Performance, Observability & Supervision" unit, responsible for performance testing.

Your mission : 

As a Performance Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining performance measurement tools.

• Setup and maintenance of performance measurement tools
• Develop and execute comprehensive performance tests
• Publish and present performance test results
• Propose alternative or complementary solutions and contribute to the performance strategy with the Tech Lead
• Ensure product and technical updates
• Support and advise teams in drafting requirements and interpreting results
• Provide support to autonomous technical teams on performance testing
• Contribute to the automation and systematization of performance tests
• Manage documentation: user guides, operational procedures

And you ? :

You hold a degree from an engineering school or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in performance tools like Neoload. Experience in Gitlab and AWS would be advantageous.

Proficiency in English is required.

You Have:

• Mastery of performance tools such as Neoload
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify and resolve performance issues
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly developers, testers, and operations.
