What You'll Be Doing?
- Oversee and manage the payroll process in its entirety, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support department managers in recruiting, onboarding, and daily HR functions.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for all employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Promote a welcoming and inclusive workplace culture, organizing events and activities to keep the team engaged.
