Job Description

You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Housekeeping Turn-Down Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them. 

Typically shift will be from 5pm-9pm 

Job Duties Include:

  • Turndown all assigned guestrooms. This includes preparing the bed, replacing all soiled bath linen. Dusting and polishing guest rooms.
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest
  • Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service
  • Weekend work will be required

 


Qualifications

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
  • Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
