Overnight Front Office Supervisor
Lead the overnight front desk team to deliver excellence in guest service to all of our guests. Through working closely with other departments, our Overnight Front Office Supervisor will ensure all of our guests have a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Job Duties:
- Supervise and monitor the daily activities of colleagues and guests while working closely with the Front Desk and Royal Service teams
- Ensure the arrival and departure experience of all guests is seamless through coordination of our market mix and VIP's
- Lead, teach, coach, and inspire the Front Desk team to turn moments into memories for our guests
- Empower colleagues to appease any guest service challenges and ensure all guest issues are tracked and followed up on to ensure service recovery
- Responsible for the hotel's overnight emergency procedures
- Supervisory experience within front desk for a large property required
- Excellent knowledge of Micros-Opera Property Manager, word and excel
- Experience dealing with guest recovery
