We are looking for a charismatic & experienced Outlet Manager to join our dynamic team for The Hoxton Bengaluru City.

The Hoxton is opening its very first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, coming to India’s Bengaluru city centre in 2026. This is a major milestone for the brand as it ventures into a new continent entirely and we are now looking for a brilliant leadership team to help bring this lifestyle brand to the market. 

Located in the heart of the city centre, The Hoxton, Bengaluru City will bring its undeniable brand DNA and guest experience to India’s “Silicon Valley”, a high-tech city filled with parks and gardens and known for its vibrant cafe and pub culture - very apt for a brand that was founded in London! 

The hotel will feature 149 bedrooms in a variety of The Hoxton’s well-loved room categories and the lobby will have a vibrant all-day dining restaurant & bar. Topping off the hotel we will have a rooftop pool and bar, large scale function rooms and The Apartment - The Hoxton’s unique meeting & events concept

What you’ll do…

• The guest experience and your team are at the heart of everything you do. Together with the Director of Food & Beverage, you are responsible for creating an exceptional and personalized experience for our guests.
• Take ownership of the hotel restaurant, maximizing profitability while ensuring outstanding service and the highest quality of food and beverages.
• Support the Associate Director of Food & Beverage in developing, implementing, and managing the department's annual objectives and long-term strategic goals.
• Manage operating expenses in line with budget guidelines, analyze performance data, and make a significant contribution to the team's success.
• Manage, coach, and develop the team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
• Lead by example, keeping your team motivated and empowered to deliver the best Hoxton experiences while encouraging them to ask questions and grow.
• Work closely with the Associate Director of Food & Beverage and The Hoxton brand team to implement new initiatives and projects.
• Drive revenue through effective planning, commercial initiatives, and incentives, while maintaining a strong understanding of the reservation system and guest preferences.
• Monitor costs closely and identify effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Collaborate closely with the Kitchen team to ensure seamless operations and deliver an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar outlet management position within a dynamic and vibrant environment.
• You have experience with budgeting and forecasting and understand the financial requirements of running a successful Food & Beverage operation.
• You are able to manage daily, weekly, and monthly budgets and can analyse results in detail to identify trends and opportunities.
• You have a keen eye for detail, even under pressure. You can juggle multiple priorities simultaneously without ever losing sight of the bigger picture.
