Job Description

  • Supports VPO on the hotels performance & administration tasks related to hotels’ operations
  • Supports Jeddah office from admin & facility management side.
  • Develops trackers to ensure all hotels business reviews and visits reports are on track
  • Facilitating cross-channel feedback from hotels in Saudi Arabia and the executive support teams.
  • Observing, reviewing, and analysing processes to be communicated with the Vice Presidents Operations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Designing and maintaining clear operational database and reports to ensure consistency of operations
  • Delivering reports to management teams and boards of directors to provide insight into the overall efficiency of the hotels in Saudi Arabia

 


Qualifications

  • Diploma/ Advance Diploma (Hospitality Management)
  • 2 Years of Experience, Fresh Graduates are welcome
  • Proficient user of: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Proficient in business writing, both in English and Arabic langauges
  • Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
