Novotel Melbourne South Wharf is seeking a Night Porter who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight hours (11pm - 7am), providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Key duties include:

• Be present at the Concierge/Front desk or in the lobby to assist guests, colleagues and visitors 
• Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times
• Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage in an efficient and timely manner
• Assist guest with all enquiries and complaints and provide accurate information to guests about Hotel facilities and nearby attractions
• Monitor and respond to any emergency situations or security issues that may arise
• Any other duties requested by the Night Manager / Night Auditor 

Skills and experience

• Availability to work overnight shift from 11pm to 7am, weekends and public holidays 
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Self-motivated with positive and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and handle multiples tasks simultaneously
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members
