Mercure Perth is seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-Time Night Porter to join our team. This role requires flexibility and availability across all days & nights, as shifts may vary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a welcoming and professional experience for guests during night hours.
• Assist with guest inquiries, luggage handling, and general security checks.
• Support night audit processes and ensure smooth overnight operations.
• Conduct regular property patrols to ensure guest safety and hotel security.
• Assist in setting up conference rooms and function spaces as required.
• Handle minor maintenance tasks or report issues to the relevant department.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas throughout the night.
• Assist with early morning guest departures and transport arrangements.

• Full working rights in Australia.
• Availability to work overnight shifts any day of the week.
• Manual driver’s licence required.
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive and professional approach.
• Ability to work independently and handle overnight responsibilities.
• Basic knowledge of hotel operations and a willingness to assist across departments.
