Job Description
At Novotel Sydney City Centre, we are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team on a full-time basis. This is the perfect opportunity for a night owl, who is guest obsessed, has an eye for detail and a passion for providing exceptional service.
In this role you will:
- Assist the Night Manager in balancing daily transactions and preparing overnight reports.
- Ensure guest accounts are accurate and provide helpful, clear information.
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the night.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
- Follow the Night Audit checklist to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- A guest-obsessed focus with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- The ability to navigate change and provide quick-thinking solutions when challenges arise.
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Excel and OPERA Cloud.
- Availability to work 38 hours per week across weekdays, weekends and public holidays on overnight shifts.
- Valid Australian working rights.
- A current NSW RSA and First Aid & CPR Certificate, or a willingness to obtain these qualifications.
