Night Auditor - Novotel Sydney City Centre

Conveniently located in the Heart of the Sydney CBD we at Novotel Sydney City Centre are looking for a part time Night Auditor to join our night team. If you function better at night and considered a night shift expert this could be the opportunity for you.

What will you be doing?

• Complete thorough audits of all daily revenue and postings, making necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy of reporting.
• Collate paperwork for departures, including credit card and company chares to be forwarded to Accounts department.
• Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times 
• Answer all telephone calls in a professional manner according to brand standard
• Ensure guests who are not ALL - Accor Live Limitless members are briefed on features and benefits and signed up to the loyalty program   

Your Skills and experience include:

• Previous customer service experience in a Hotel environment
• Strong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office and preferably in Opera Cloud
• The ability to work under pressure, multitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues is required
• Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation
• A genuine customer service focus and a strong dedication to always making our guest’s smile during their stay
