Unternehmensbeschreibung

Der Hotelkomplex Zürich City West vereint drei Hotelmarken von AccorHotels (Novotel, Ibis, Ibis Budget). In insgesamt 459 Zimmern finden rund 1000 Gäste Platz.

Das Business Hotel Novotel Zürich City West ist ein komfortables 4* Haus mit 144 Zimmern, davon 5 Suiten. In unserem Restaurant „The Flave“ servieren wir à la carte Gerichte, Menüs sowie abwechslungsreiche Buffets aus der internationalen Küche. Weiter stehen unseren Gästen eine Bar, 5 Seminar- und Banketträume, zwei Escape Rooms sowie ein Hallenbad mit Fitnessraum zur Verfügung.

Zur Ergänzung unseres Front-Office-Teams suchen wir, nach Vereinbarung, eine dienstleistungsorientierte, motivierte und fröhliche Persönlichkeit im Vollzeitpensum 100% (w/m/d).

Stellenbeschreibung

Erledigung aller anfallenden Arbeiten am Front Desk während der Nachtschicht
Empfang der Gäste, die spät anreisen, spät abreisen oder spät reservieren
Verantwortung für die Sicherheit und die nächtlichen Abläufe im Hotel
Bearbeitung von Rechnungen
Tagesabschlüsse
Durchführung von Weckrufen
Vorbereitungen für den Tagesdienst

Qualifikationen

Abgeschlossene Hotelfachausbildung oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
Erste Berufserfahrung im Front Office
Sprachen: Fliessendes Deutsch und Englisch, andere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
Flexibilität
