Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you:

As a Network Expert at Accor, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and operational management of the network infrastructure at the group level. You will also oversee the technical team, ensure continuous technological monitoring, and contribute to ongoing process and technology improvements.

Your mission:

  • Design, deploy, and optimize complex network infrastructures (LAN and WAN) in accordance with industry standards and best practices, emphasizing security, redundancy, and high availability.
  • Ensure the design and implementation of transit between Accor data centers and public clouds (such as AWS and Azure).
  • Administer, automate, and evolve critical cross-network services such as IPAM, DHCP, Monitoring, etc.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of P1-level incidents, identify root causes, and propose sustainable solutions in close collaboration with other IT teams and relevant departments.
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, standardized operational procedures, and knowledge transfer programs to facilitate sharing and mentoring within the team.
  • Conduct continuous technological monitoring, evaluate emerging technologies, and propose roadmaps for the modernization and optimization of the overall network infrastructure, considering performance, reliability, security, and compliance requirements.


And you ? :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field related to networks/telecommunications.
  • Recognized professional certification(s) such as CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert), JNCIE (Juniper Networks Certified Internet Expert), etc.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in designing, implementing, and operating complex enterprise network infrastructures.

Hard Skills:

  • Practical expertise in network protocols including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and related technologies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of common network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, etc., both in theory and in practical application.
  • Proficiency in cloud networking fundamentals and services.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
  • Strong motivation, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Proven capability in technical leadership, mentorship, and team building.
