We are looking for a FUN, PASSIONATE & WELCOMING Team member who wants to join a FANTASTIC TEAM at a VIBRANT hotel! What will you be doing? Attend to all guest queries in a prompt, professional manner ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. We are on the search for someone who is able to multitask as this position includes Reception and Food & Beverage departments, we are looking for someone who is flexible as hours of work can vary and the role includes occasional night shifts as well weekend and bank holidays. Hours can vary between 16 min to 30+ covering holidays etc. 

• Have the passion for customer service and hospitality
• Have great communication and customer relationship skills
• Loves working as part of a passionate team
• Enjoys working in a fast pace environment
• 2+ years in customer facing role 
• Flexibility in working hours including occasional night shifts, weekends, bank holidays
