Mixologist

We are seeking a talented and passionate Mixologist to join our team at our vibrant establishment in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing an unforgettable experience to our guests.

• Create innovative and classic cocktails using a wide range of spirits, liqueurs, and fresh ingredients
• Develop new cocktail recipes and contribute to seasonal menu updates
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, offering recommendations based on their preferences
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory and stock levels of bar supplies and ingredients
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create complementary food and drink pairings
• Train and mentor junior bar staff on cocktail preparation techniques and customer service
• Stay up-to-date with current mixology trends and techniques
• Participate in cocktail competitions and industry events to promote the establishment

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-volume establishment
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and classic cocktail recipes
• Creative flair for developing unique and innovative cocktail recipes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail in cocktail preparation and presentation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanour
• Proficiency in basic maths for accurate measurements and inventory management
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (preferred)
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages is a plus
