Opened in June 2022, Pullman hotel features 218 rooms, 2000 m2 of banqueting facilities, Restaurant and Bar on the top floors, as well as luxurious spa. ·Compile, maintain and distribute rooming lists for groups;

·Coordinate with the front office and reservations teams to ensure room allocations are accurate and meet guest requirements;

·Update rooming lists in the system as changes occur;

·Update all the details in the system according to the changes;

·Monitor with MICE Sales Coordinators and track payments for group bookings and events;

·Ensure all payments are received on time and are correctly recorded;

·Liaise with the finance department to resolve any payment discrepancies.

• Proficient in Georgian and English oral and written. Other languages would be a plus
• Computer literate, with MS Word, Excel, basic IT Solutions knowledge
• Results and service oriented with an eye for details
• An entrepreneurial mind set and strong team spirit
• Problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Hotel experience is desired, but not required
