Contract type: Fixed-term (maternity cover)

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our TRIBE community on a fixed term contract (maternity cover from the beginning of December 2025), as we launched our first TRIBE into the London market in the Summer of 2022.

Conceived for a new type of traveller, it’s all about the mix. Unapologetic modern designed hotels that confidently mix n’ match mainstream style with bespoke eye catching and iconic pieces. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you’ll be responsible for leading the on-property sales team, ensuring strategies are in place to drive revenue across all market segments, to deliver strong top line revenue results.

We are looking for someone who’s curious, caring and conscious attitude that will continue playing a crucial part to the successf of TRIBE and in curating the TRIBE experience, which is defined through its authenticity and obsession in making sure everything is as seamless and functional as possible to make life that bit easier.        


Job Description

What you'll do...

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to attract guests, increase occupancy & rate, increase restaurant bookings, and maximize revenue across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop targeted promotions and packages to drive group bookings, corporate partnerships, and other revenue streams.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Manage and coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives effectively and within budget.
  • Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.
  • Manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to secure press coverage and maximize exposure.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with company standards in all marketing communications and materials.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Manage the hotel's digital presence including website, social media engagement, online advertising, and email marketing newsletters and campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content such as blog posts, videos, and visuals to promote the hotel's unique offerings and amenities.

Qualifications

What we're looking for...

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and proficiency in relevant tools and platforms such as SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
