Job Description

  • Assist with the roll out of all the hotel’s marketing strategies, campaigns and projects
  • Support delivery of integrated marketing campaigns including development and management of project timelines, co-ordinating the development of marketing materials, and liaising with internal stakeholders as well as external agencies
  • Create strong campaigns for social media, promotional events and marketing materials for internal and external communications
  • Create compelling and impactful materials to promote competitions and promotions
  • Complete campaign trackers weekly, including Post Campaign analysis reports in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
  • Create and develop creative briefs for third-party content creators and production teams
  • Should have an eye for creativity and visual aesthetic, knowledgeable in using a camera for in-house photography
  • Together with the guidance of the Marketing Manager, build a strong promotional calendar across all products/outlets with clear objectives and activities that support business goals

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar marketing role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Creative thinking with a strategic mindset
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Be flexible and able to prioritize workload
