Job Description
As our Marketing Executive, you'll play a crucial role in executing and coordinating marketing strategies that reflect our luxury brand. The role offers a dynamic mix of digital execution, creative design, analytics, and project management.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Auditing and managing third-party websites for consistency and accuracy
- Updating Google Business Pages and ensuring online listings are up to date
- Tracking and analysing digital performance using analytics tools
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns across websites, email, and social media
- Creating and optimising content and landing pages for SEO
- Designing promotional materials including flyers, banners, menus, and email templates using Canva
- Supporting the development and scheduling of marketing campaigns
- Monitoring and responding to comments and feedback on social media
- Creating internal and external promotional content for activations and events
- Collaborating on web management and back-end updates
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you’ll need a blend of technical, creative, and strategic marketing skills. We’re looking for someone who is passionate, organised, and keen to contribute to a high-performing team.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Expert knowledge and demonstrated experience using Canva
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is highly regarded
- Basic copywriting skills with strong attention to detail
- Understanding of website content management systems (CMS) and back-end processes
- Experience with social media best practices and campaign management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is advantageous, but not essential
