Face à l'océan, dans son cadre raffiné aux touches marocaines, le Médina Essaouira Thalassa sea & spa déploie 117 chambres et suites invitant à la détente. Entre authenticité et sérénité, notre boutique hôtel vous propose des expériences culturelles à travers ses manifestations musicales comme le Festival des Alizés ou Gnaouas, culturelles avec les expositions, sportives avec le centre nautique de l'hôtel et le Golf, et des moments de bien-être grâce à son Spa.
Installé au bord de la plage, Le Médina Essaouira Hôtel Thalassa sea & spa vous promet un séjour alliant détente et découvertes. Notre établissement se trouve en effet à proximité des sites touristiques de la Cité des Alizées. En une dizaine de minutes de marche, vous pourrez flâner dans les ruelles de la médina d'Essaouira, admirer son port de pêche et la casbah, visiter le musée Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdallah et contempler l'immensité de l'océan Atlantique depuis les remparts historiques de la ville.
Installée sur son rivage atlantique, Essaouira recèle mille et un attraits, entre son port de pêche, sa médina blottie au creux des remparts, ses riads, ses boutiques d'artisanat, ses galeries d'art, sa vaste plage. L'endroit rêvé pour un break mémorable.
- Développer et exécuter des stratégies de vente afin d’atteindre et de dépasser les objectifs
- Diriger, motiver et encadrer une équipe de commerciaux afin de maximiser leur performance et leur productivité.
- Analyser les tendances du marché, les besoins des clients et le paysage concurrentiel pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
- Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients clés et les partenaires du marché
- Collaborer avec les équipes transverses pour assurer une livraison fluide des produits et services aux clients.
- Concevoir et présenter des propositions commerciales convaincantes aux clients potentiels.
- Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance commerciale, et fournir des rapports réguliers à la direction.
- Prévoir les revenus de vente et ajuster les stratégies en fonction des objectifs de l’entreprise.
- Mettre en œuvre et optimiser les processus de vente afin d’améliorer l’efficacité et la performance globale.
- Se tenir informé des tendances du secteur et des meilleures pratiques pour maintenir un avantage concurrentiel sur le marché.
- Licence en commerce, marketing ou dans un domaine similaire.
- Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en vente,
- Antécédents démontrés dans l’atteinte ou le dépassement des objectifs de vente et dans la performance d’équipe.
- Excellente connaissance du marché et de l’environnement .
- Excellentes compétences en leadership, communication et relations interpersonnelles.
- Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion de la relation client (CRM) et des outils de prévision des ventes.
- Capacité démontrée à développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies commerciales efficaces.
- Solides compétences en négociation et en présentation.
- Expérience dans la création et le maintien de relations clés avec les clients.
- Capacité d’adaptation aux évolutions du marché et aux nouvelles tendances.
