Job Description

The Manager, Distribution is a key revenue-driving role for Accor’s iconic luxury hotels in the Raffles and Orient Express brands. Reporting into the Senior Director, Revenue Management & Distribution, this team member owns and executes on the brands’ distribution strategy, connectivity, revenue management systems, and rate loading success across segments and channels.  

The candidate will work very closely with on-property revenue management teams, supporting and rolling out brand distribution strategies. He/she will also work very closely with Accor Tech and Accor Distribution teams to ensure properties are supported in terms of rate loading needs, channel rate and content accuracy, efforts to maintain parity across channels. The candidate will take the lead on new openings in terms of rate requirements, working with rate loading teams, ensuring accuracy of loading across channels. This candidate will support the accurate success of the Raffles and Orient Express overall rate structures and work closely with tech and distribution teams to ensure accuracy and availability system-wide.

The candidate will draw from his/her experience in hospitality distribution and/or revenue management to drive property-specific revenue for top-line success and market share growth across the globe.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Collaborate with and support on-property revenue management teams to ensure brand standard distribution strategy is implemented accurately.
  • Support new hotel openings from a Distribution & rate loading perspective; support rate strategies and channel plans, educate Accor stakeholder teams on new properties.
  • Partner with Accor Distribution to ensure third party rates, availability, and content are accurate and bookable.
  • Partner with third parties to ensure rates are loaded and flowing accurately, property positions are optimized, content is updated and accurate.  

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, hospitality, economics, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 4+ years successful experience in hotel distribution and/or revenue management in a centralized capacity. Demonstrated record of high performance.
  • Expert understanding of the hotel tech and distribution landscapes, including in-depth knowledge of all hotel channels, connectivity, revenue management systems, and CRS / PMS functionality.
  • Proven experience successfully navigating complex organizations and driving progress with peer teams to achieve company goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; can influence and build relationships at all levels.  
  • Analytical mindset; can gather, interpret, and leverage data for strategic decision-making.

Additional Information

Visa Requirements: Must Legally be authorized to work in the United States

  • Salary Range: $ 70,000-130,000
