Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing errors reported by my hotels, partners or regions during the marketing process.  It will be responsible for analyzing, identifying and assigning errors to appropriate corrective processes, ensuring that problems are resolved quickly and effectively.


Qualifications

•Monitor and analyze pricing across various travel agencies and distribution channels.

•Identify and resolve rate parity issues to ensure consistency.

•Work closely with revenue management, sales, and e-commerce teams to identify & solve rate parity issues.

•Communicate with travel agencies and OTAs to ensure compliance with agreed pricing terms.

•Use data analytics tools to track and report pricing trends and violations.

•Develop and implement policies to prevent unauthorized rate discrepancies.

•Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in rate parity.

Propose and monitor corrective or preventive actions to avoid recurrence of errors.

Document all detected errors, actions taken and results obtained in follow-up reports. And make monthly mailings to partners for long-term correction.

 Proactively follow up to ensure compliance of distribution processes and reduce future errors.

Implement the process and communication to all global community.

 Participate in the continuous improvement of distribution processes by suggesting improvements and contributing to the implementation of new control practices.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Good command of the given tools.

Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

 Good communication and teamwork skills.

 Autonomy and initiative.

 Knowledge of the hotel/distribution sector.

Proficiency in office tools (Excel, etc.)

Team player with interpersonal skills

French and English written & spoken fluently


Additional Information

Relevant E-Commerce, Sales, Marketing or Revenue Management expertise with experience in building strong relationship with local teams and online partners

 Education to min Bachelor Degree (BA) level or equivalent

 Hotels/Business Travel experience ideal
