• Model exceptional service and leadership skills among the team.
• Will be responsible of implementing set up of checklist.
• Work with the standards applied, LQA and Accor brand standards.
• The manager will work to ensure an amazing relationship with event planners and group leaders.
• Work closely to ensure that revenues and guest satisfaction levels are maximized.
• Will be in charge of training the service team.
• Follow the opening and closing checklist.
• Open and close checks/charge the events.

• Passion and knowledge of the events and banquets industry to ensure a successful operation and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
• Experience as a leader in the hospitality or events field as a Banquet Director, Event Planner or Catering Director.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
