Maintenance Supervisor

Conveniently located amongst Sydney’s CBD, Darling Harbour, Darling Square and ICC precincts Novotel Sydney Darling Square we are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. What will you be doing?

This role will assist the Maintenance Manager manage the Maintenance team in all projects in maintaining the building, plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings, using safe working practices, protecting the asset and ensuring it remains a functional, pleasant and safe environment for all customers both internal / external.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience working on the maintenance of hotels, fixed plant or equipment systems.
• Relevant license certification 
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance strategies.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Used to working as part of a small team.
• Self motivated person who takes a proactive approach to work and is punctual and reliable.
• Ability to accommodate flexibility with shifts.
