Job Description

A Loss Prevention Supervisor is responsible for preventing theft and other losses in a retail store, warehouse, or other commercial establishment. They typically develop and implement loss prevention programs, train and supervise loss prevention staff, and investigate theft and fraud cases.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement loss prevention programs, such as security measures, training, and audits
  • Supervise loss prevention staff, including security guards, investigators, and loss prevention analysts
  • Investigate theft and fraud cases, including interviewing witnesses, reviewing surveillance footage, and collecting evidence
  • Work with law enforcement to prosecute theft and fraud cases
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to prevent losses
  • Stay up-to-date on loss prevention trends and technologies


Your experience and skills include:

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Fluency in English
