Job Description

Job Title: Lobby Ambassador

Location: Rixos Bab Al Bahr

Contract: Permanent, Full-time 

Our Front of House team are the greatest ambassadors for our resort, delivering a courteous and welcoming greeting to every guest who passes through our doors, and playing an integral part in their experience here at the Rixos Bab Al Bahr and surrounding area.

Our absolute focus is delivering a personalised, luxury experience to all guests, building relationships and anticipating their every need. If you believe you are the right person for this role then we want to hear from you.

A little bit about what you will be doing:

  • Deliver a courteous and welcoming greeting to all guests arriving or departing from the resort, providing a smooth and friendly check in/check out service
  • Providing assistance with luggage for all guests to/from rooms and vehicles
  • Providing assistance with all aspects of travel for guests, assisting with bus and taxi reservations.
  • Develop strong and loyal relationships with repeat and new guests alike, anticipating their needs and delivering top class service.


  • Someone with a bright, engaging and warm personality.
  • A desire to continually enhance guest experience and provide excellent service, actively promoting the resort and local area.
  • High standards of grooming, presentation and professionalism.
  • Highly motivated and ambitious, with a great sense of pride in their work.
  • Actively and collaboratively assists in building the best practices necessary for the company and departments success.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Desire to learn, develop and progress within the resort.
  • Additional foreign languages such as Russian, Arabic will be advantage.
