• Responsible for the safety of the guests in the designated swimming areas during business hours
• Maintain the cleanliness of the pool and ensure that the facilities are in good condition.
• Provide assistance to guests and make proper recommendation on other hotel services.

• Service focused personality is essential and previous experience in a similar role is an asset
• Must have the required valid certifications and training as per local laws.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service

Experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
