Letting Manager

Conveniently nestled to the south of central Broadbeach and within walking distance of the light rail, you will find BreakFree Diamond Beach. This inviting resort boasts a low-rise design, made up of self-contained one, two and three bedroom apartments. With Pacific Fair Shopping Centre just a stone's throw away, you have easy access to retail and dining therapy on your days off! However, if that’s not your thing you'll find your perfect spot on the nearby beach – whether it's for a relaxation session or beach sports!



 

As the Letting Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the letting business at BreakFree Diamond Beach. Your key responsibilities will include managing owner and guest interactions, leading staff, liaising with body corporate representatives, and ensuring compliance.

 

Backed by a dedicated onsite team and a well-structured roster, you’ll have the support needed to drive high performance and deliver exceptional outcomes.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the roster inline with contracts, awards and budgets
  • Passionate and effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders such as owner, team, body corporate representatives and residents.
  • Yield/Revenue management in conjunction with our Shared services team to ensure strong returns for owners and Accor
  • Ensure service standards are met inline with the contract and expectations
  • Drive Loyalty, guest satisfaction and employee engagement through hands on and inclusive management style.

 

Skills and Experience

  • Real Estate License (REA) – Required or a willingness to obtain it
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills – Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Effective Time Management – Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Hands-On and Supportive Leadership – A proactive management style that fosters team collaboration and drives performance.
  • Strong Administrative Competence – Attention to detail with the ability to manage documentation, reporting, and operational processes efficiently.
  • Conflict Resolution – Skilled in handling challenging situations calmly and effectively to ensure smooth operations.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations – Familiarity with industry compliance standards to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
