Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs that enhance employee skills and drive organizational performance.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage a team of L&D professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality training delivery
  • Conduct training needs assessments and design tailored programs to address skill gaps
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of e-learning content and blended learning solutions
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions
  • Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure its effective utilization
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
  • Prepare and manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective program delivery
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization
