Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall managed by Accor is located near the heart of Bengaluru with close proximity to major techparks and key commercial & residential bubbles 212 Modern & Lavish rooms including 29 one and two bedroom suites with private terrace 10 elegant meeting spaces including a quaint alfresco and open terrace that can cater from 20 - 400 guests.

centre, spa, swimming pool, an entertainment zone, library
lounge, art gallery and business centre
- Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of Novotel Kolkata Hotel and Residences to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service.
- Provide effective support to the team to enable them to provide a range of effective and efficient services
- Respond to guest’s queries by resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Examine laundered items to ensure cleanliness and serviceability.
- Store laundered items on shelves, after verifying numbers and types of items.
- Ensure the delivery of laundered guest laundry to the respective rooms.
- Ensure to track guest laundry pick-up and delivery.
- Ensure to report to work on time and according to posted schedule.
- To abide by the mission statement of the hotel and of the department.
- Strictly follow the lost and found procedures (for example anything found in the guest laundry clothes while processing)
- Ensure the qualities of the finished garments are according to the set standards.
- To make sure all the guest laundry are returned back safely to the guest.
- Ensure all guest special instructions are followed promptly.
12th, Diploma or any equivalent degree
Minimum of 0 - 1 years of Experience
