• Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of Novotel Kolkata Hotel and Residences to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service.
• Provide effective support to the team to enable them to provide a range of effective and efficient services
• Respond to guest’s queries by resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Examine laundered items to ensure cleanliness and serviceability.

• Store laundered items on shelves, after verifying numbers and types of items.
• Ensure the delivery of laundered guest laundry to the respective rooms.
• Ensure to track guest laundry pick-up and delivery.
• Ensure to report to work on time and according to posted schedule.
• To abide by the mission statement of the hotel and of the department.
• Strictly follow the lost and found procedures (for example anything found in the guest laundry clothes while processing)
• Ensure the qualities of the finished garments are according to the set standards.
• To make sure all the guest laundry are returned back safely to the guest.
• Ensure all guest special instructions are followed promptly.

12th, Diploma or any equivalent degree
