L&D Coordinator (H/F)

Le Coordinateur People & Culture / Learning & Development contribue activement à l’expérience collaborateur en assurant la coordination opérationnelle des actions Learning & Development ainsi que des programmes Heartist et de reconnaissance interne.
Il est responsable de l’organisation des formations (planification, participants, logistique, suivi administratif) et du bon déroulement des dispositifs Best Heartist, Sparkles et TrustYou, tout en assurant un suivi structuré des données et une communication fluide entre les équipes en interne.
À travers son rôle, il assure la coordination des actions d’engagement Heartist, des programmes de reconnaissance et soutient la culture de performance, en cohérence avec la stratégie Heartist du Mövenpick Mansour Eddahbi Marrakech.
Responsabilités principales :
•Coordination Learning & Development
•Participer à la planification plannings des formations en coordination avec le L&D Manager & P&C Director.
•Établir les listes des participants et assurer l’envoi des invitations
•Organiser la logistique des formations (salles, matériel, supports, pauses).
•Préparer les feuilles de présence et assurer leur archivage, dans le bon ordre
•Mettre à jour le suivi L&D
•Assurer le suivi administratif des formations internes et externes.
•Soutenir l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs (onboarding /visite).
•Contribuer à la préparation des supports pédagogiques de formation.
•Assurer la coordination administrative des actions de formation financées ou soutenues par les organismes externes (OFPPT, GIAC).
•Création des offres de recrutement & suivi sur smart recruteurs & envoi des OPQ.
•Reconnaissance collaborateurs – Best Heartist
•Coordonner opérationnellement les actions Learning & Development, onboarding et événements internes, en soutien au L&D Manager.
•Participer à l’organisation logistique des initiatives People & Culture et des actions Heartist.
•Maintenir un suivi structuré des activités et contribuer à l’amélioration continue de l’expérience Heartist
•Participer aux formations internes de l’hôtel.
- Bac +3/5 en Management des ressources humaines / Communication.
- Maitrise des outils (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Maitrise des outils informatiques
- Excellente communication en français comme en anglais
