Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Kids Club Manager to join our team in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. As the Kids Club Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our children's entertainment and activity programs, ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging environment for our young guests.

  • Manage and supervise the Kids Club team, including hiring, training, and developing staff members
  • Design and implement innovative, age-appropriate activities and programs for children
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a secure environment for children
  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the Kids Club facilities and equipment
  • Develop and manage the Kids Club budget, meeting financial targets and optimizing resources
  • Collaborate with other departments to create seamless guest experiences and cross-promote services
  • Handle customer feedback and continuously improve service quality and program offerings
  • Liaise with local attractions to organize off-site activities and excursions
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and other relevant information
  • Promote the Kids Club services to hotel guests and potential clients

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing a kids club or similar children's entertainment facility
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for working with children and creating engaging experiences
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing situations and guest needs
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
  • Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent grooming standards and professional appearance
  • First aid certification (preferred)
  • Background in child development or education (preferred)
  • Familiarity with local attractions and activities in Sharm El Sheikh (preferred)
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
